光电材料与器件
研究领域涉及新能源材料的合成及光电器件制备。主要涉及:1)不同带隙钙钛矿薄膜制备;基于该材料的探测器制备、太阳电池制备及性能研究;2)钙钛矿太阳电池各个功能层的开发及制备,如 TiO2,NiOx 及 TCO 等;3)钙钛矿量子点等发光材料的制备。
